Anastasia is originally from the Ukraine but is visiting New York. She recently traveled to New England (coincidentally with Candace, another model with whom we have worked) which gave us the opportunity to work with her. We are very glad she did! Anastasia is a very talented model who thoroughly understands art modeling. So much so, she designed almost all of her poses and improvised her expressions. Having a model with so many wonderful creative ideas was a real pleasure. It allowed us to throw away our pose plan and just go with her ideas. In addition, she has a slightly different figure from many of our models, giving her a wonderfully natural look that adds variety to our catalog. Her face is very classical, reminiscent of Classical Greek sculpture, 30's era film stars and, not surprisingly, current Eastern European stars like Mila Jovovich (also Ukrainian). Because Anastasia had new ideas as fast as we could photograph them, she has a huge collection of poses from her one session, as seen here in the Pose Tool.
