We're finally catching up on several years of editing and some of our very first models are now available: Ximon, Lisa, Mary and Daphne. We've also finished and uploaded some newer sessions from Maxine, BeccaDaniel, Candace, and Jenb session 3. All of them will be available in the Poses page and the Session Downloads page.

New Model Trisha

Trisha is a naturally beautiful model with whom we worked several months ago. She was photographed in a mix of medium and high contrast light. Her poses have finally been edited and are now available on the Poses page.

Classical Life Drawing Studio

New book by James McElhinney

of the Art Students League of New York looks interesting. It's called " Classical Life Drawing Studio: Lessons & Teachings in the Art of Figure Drawing"" and is published by Sterling. We're also working on a book with Sterling tentatively titled Figure Drawing Studio.

Luana Sessions

Luana Sessions now Available

Session 1 has mostly standing and a few sitting poses

Session 2 has sitting, reclining and crouching poses.

Luana Asian Model

New Model Luana adds Asian (Cambodian) ethnicity.

Luana is a local model who adds some welcome diversity to the Art Models project. We photographed all her poses in a high contrast light which produces rich shadows. A little bit of floor-level fill light was added to keep the figure as evenly lit as possible as we rotated Luana through a full 360-degree rotation. Many of the lower poses have several overhead views. Be sure to click the "Show All Angles" link above the Zoom Viewer to see all the included views. Her work can be found in the Pose Tool.

Now Available! Art Models 5 Book with Companion Disk

Now you can get Art Models 5 before it becomes available in stores.The Art Models 5 book and DVD-r has over 60 poses and includes 12 all new models. The product page shows a full list, including a preview image for every pose. The content for AM5 was chosen by readers and website visitors as the best from our entire catalog of poses as of January 2010.
